Red Delicious Deli & Grocery — Restaurant in New York

Absolutely worst customer service skills. The man made all of my sandwiches wrong and then when i asked him if he could fix it he gave me attitude. I said pls come on bro i come here everyday and he slammed my 11 dollars back on the counter a said "NOW DONT COME BACK HERE AT ALL!!". I asked him for his name to tell the owner and he said his name was Alex and his father (the owner) doesnt care. Avoid this Deli all together. No food is worth terrible...

My whole family always buys here, spending an average of $60 a week, and a man named Alex was extremely rude to my cousin and told her to never come back because he didn’t want to fix his mistake with the sandwiches. He shouted at her in front of the other customers there and completely humiliated her. We will never be buying anything from this deli again and we will be sure to let everyone know in the neighborhood...

Very disappointed. Ordered a chopped cheese that clearly said it would come on a toasted hero. Came in in a wrap. That is not a chopped cheese. Really tasted bad and now I have to dispute with Uber eats. They Easily could have called me if there was an issue with the sandwich making process I would’ve happily found a solution. Appears they just didn’t care and sent what ever they wanted. Will not order...
