I’m Ecuadorian and was hoping I would have a good experience but unfortunately didn’t. We ordered breaded chicken and it was so hard we had asked if it can be cooked more and they said it would only get harder. We asked if we can change the order because the chicken was not good and they said no because it was already used. Really?? I have NEVER experienced service where they can’t make it right. I ordered a cake 4 days in advance. They lost the order so I waited while they made a " Rum Cake ". It literally was just sponge cake with a little rum flavor sprinkled on it.
