Flamingo Baby + Child — Local services in New York

I purchased a doll online off their website. It arrived and it has clearly been used, I immediately contacted the store on their chat box. All they wrote was "we don't sell used items..." That doesn't explain what I received though, because it is used. I then wrote them an email with these pictures, they still have not responded to me. I have called the store to speak with them, they will not call me back. This stores customer service is worthless. I finally reported the charge as fraud with my bank because I was unable to get them to respond to me. These pictures are how the doll arrived. If this item was new where is the tag & or box, the doll smelled like laundry detergent, why is there a knotted ribbon on the neck, why doesn't the doll have the white ribbon on the legs like the stock picture, also the skirt is so frayed! I went today with a small group of friends. We had a pretty long wait to be seated due the size of the indoor space and the restaurant having a very busy brunch time. The wait was completely worth it! All of our food was delicious, the drinks were great, and our server was great too. We all decided we will go back next time we are in BK.
