We visited this establishment more than once, everything was good both with food and service. But recently they asked me to pay in advance. I paid $128 with my card and then was denied entry. When asked to return the money paid, they refused. I was told to call the bank. An elderly Chinese man waved his hand at me and told me to leave. To the question, why don’t they want to let me in? He said that last time I threw up in the toilet. Although last time I was not provided with any evidence of my actions. Although they said that they saw me doing this on camera in the toilet. When asked to show the video, they refused. When asked why do they have cameras in the toilet? They said they weren't there. It’s still not clear whether they have cameras in the toilet or not? Not only have I been slandered, but my money is not being returned. This is blatant impudence on the part of the establishment to behave this way with customers. Withdraw funds from the card and not be allowed into the establishment. I called 311. I was advised to call the county police as well as the anti-discrimination office. I sent a request to the bank to cancel the payment. If they don’t return the money to me, I will sue them for the moral damage they caused me. None of the employees apologized for...

Very cool spot. I absolutely love it, especially when they first opened. The karaoke rooms are nice and the sushi so far has always been fresh. If we talk about negatives, so far, there have only been two. 1. Drinks. The cocktails are very expensive. They are $18 a cocktail, which is more of a 5th ave Manhattan bar price tag than a downtown Brooklyn. They were definitely stronger and cheaper when the place first opened, but that's something that happens quite oftenso I'm not totally surprised. 😅 2. Fruit plate. This one was a little bit of a disappointment. We ordered a fruit plate ($15). The plate came with two 1-inch slices of melon, 1 orange cut in half, and what amounts to 1 ring slice of pineapple cut up into chunks. I totally understand that the prices on produce have been rising, as well as using seasonal fruit, but to receive 2 slices of melon, 1 orange, and a ring of pineapple when the menu picture showed an a plate of a wide variety fruit in abundance definitely felt...misleading. Lesson learned to not order that next time. Otherwise, the staff is always friendly and the place is super duper clean. It definitely has a potential to become a neighborhood...

I recently visited here, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, the song selection was extremely outdated. Despite advertising a wide range of songs, many recent hits and popular tracks were missing. It felt like stepping back into the early 2000s.

The sound system was another major letdown. The microphones were low quality, resulting in constant feedback and poor sound clarity. This made singing unenjoyable and even uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the speakers in our room had noticeable static, further ruining the experience.

Cleanliness was also a huge issue. The room we were given had sticky floors and an unpleasant odor, making it hard to feel comfortable. The couches looked worn out and had stains, which was off-putting.

Service was abysmal. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. We had to wait a long time to get any assistance, and when we finally did, they were rude and dismissive. It felt like they were doing us a favor rather than providing a service.

Overall, my visit to this place was frustrating and unenjoyable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun karaoke night. There are far better...
