I went to get a pedicure , I already had gel polish on my toe and acrylic on my big toe. The first observation that I made and I probably should have considered no longer receiving their services because the woman who was working on my toes did not know how to remove acrylic and apply a new acrylic onto the toe. A nail technician had to come over and assist her then she didn’t know how to do French tip. The nail technician had to come back and assist her not even a full week and one of my toes the polish came off like a sticker and might I remind you I got gel polish. I’ve had gel polish on my toes as long as three weeks without a single chip, but I go to this nail salon to try it out and I promise without a doubt I will not return. I went back to fix the one toe that was missing the polish and not even a full 24 hours later and I noticed another toe has chipped. I decided to come here after having not so great services across the street. What I loved immediately was how they followed covid-19 protocols: temperatures checks and asking clients to wash their hands immediately upon arrival. I love the fact I was taken quicky and my damaged nails were taken off. I was so upset how badly across the street didn't take care of my nails appropriately. I also loved the customer service here especially since I love taking the time to dry my acrylic nails I don't like to be rushed from the drying station so I can avoid chipped or smudged nails. I also loved that everything was thoroughly explained to me regarding gel drying which I've never done before. I'm happy with the cost, service, etc. If NYC doesn't shut down again...

Got my nails did on April 8th they started lifting on April 11th! Went back to the shop on the 14th after complaining about the poor job that Rebecca did, the man in the Salon redid it and they started falling off again on April 18th! I’m not a nail tech but I’ve being getting my nails done since forever, the acrylic is cheap and they didn’t seal the nails properly, cuticle not move out the way, they just slap on thick acrylic and barely shaped it down! No wonder it be empty in there and I’ll not be going back! Waste of time going back to have it redone. Y’all need to take pride in the work you do and...
