Snatch & Go Internet Juice Cafe & Bar — Restaurant in New York

It took me a while to get past the very greasy walls and the boxes everywhere in the waiting area. Some of the staff are friendly and some aren't. It's no longer a Cafe because there is no indoor or outdoor seating anymore (hasn't been like that for a while). It now really is snatch and go, i.e., takeout.

I typically get the grilled salmon with chow mein noodles and salad. It's very delicious. I've had a few of their smoothies as well but I've had better. Having a meal from here is usually a treat to me because of the prices. I think it's too high for what it's worth which is why I only have it occasionally. I'm not saying they should price it differently, just that it is an occasional treat for me.

This establishment could be better if the following improved: Clean the walls and store the boxes outside of customers' view. Friendly service from staff goes a long way when dealing with food. Clearly list what ingredients are in the smoothies so...

Unfortunately this business owner is taking advantage of our community. Posing as a juice bar... I order a fruit smoothie, that only listed fruit as it's ingredients. I noticed the preparer pouring a bright pink liquid into the blender, when I asked what that was, I was told strawberry juice (not listed in the menu) after asking if it had sugar in it, I was told no, after further questions (all received with annoyance) I was told it had HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. This is not a healthy place, staff are not informed about what they are serving and that's unfortunate. And definitely not worth the over $7 for a medium cup of cheap processed...

This business has much potential. Prices are a bit high and the customer service is poor. The employees lack manners/respect. They would not greet you, thank you or wish you farewell unless they're familiar with you. I've went there twice. I was not greeted or thanked on both occasions. No eye contact or smiles from them.

One of the main keys to a successful business is excellent Customer Service.
