I absolutely adore LL Nail Spa. In NYC there is a nail salon on the corner of every block but just because there are so many doesn’t mean they provide quality professional service. I will say you do pay for what you receive and it is worth every cent. The staff is very attentive always helpful and polite and they never have an issue accommodating the patron. If you are not satisfied with your service inform them and they will do everything possible in their being to make it correct. The equipment used is always clean and sanitary. They use different equipment and tools for every client. The gel manicure is sure to last I must say and the SNS will last you three weeks no issues. The establishment closed at 8:30 pm and Sue the nail technician and receptionist had no issues taking in a client at 8:20 pm for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. If you request they will have two nail technicians work on your hands and feet at the same time to accommodate you if you are in a rush. Things happen and they understand. They also , provide a complimentary massage after your sitting and they always have massage chairs when you are receiving a pedicure which are relaxing and not to mention they do also, do massages which a lot of the clients love. They are just always available and always make sure your nails are clean and neat and they are so precise and meticulous with their work.
Honestly everyone in the location does an amazing job. You can’t say that for all or many locations in nyc. Cherry is an amazing nail technician. I love her and Sue is the kindest individual. She always makes sure everyone is taken care of and doesn’t give an attitude and never ever rude to any clients. This is one of Brooklyn’s best...
Read moreThis is by far the worse experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I believe based on the treatment provided, the woman( whom was the receptionist) racial profiled me and failed to provide quality service for the manicure and pedicure I requested. OR she really didn’t know what she was doing but based on her lack of effort and attitude,I believe it to be the latter.
Not only did I ask for a GEL Meni and Pedi she gave me Polish and by the time I noticed I was too annoyed to stop her so I just got a regular mani and pedi.
In addition, I had to ask her to file and clip my nails to be even, to properly trim cuticles etc and she scrubbed my feet for 5 seconds and painted my nails like I could’ve done them. I pretty much had to ask her to do the job she was supposed to do! The polish was not neat and not done how a salon manicure should look.
My doctor was near by and so I stopped in on my way home to treat myself. This was not a treat. I’m highly disappointed by the poor service and quality of work provided.

Read moreThis had to be one of the worst experiences of my life. She was rushing through everything. First of all, she slapped some glue with a brush on the tip and just placed it on my nail without checking if the tip fits my nails. The tip was stuck to my whole finger with the skin included. I pointed it out and she just detached it from my skin by digging her nails really hard…. Then I asked for something short but she went ahead and cut a bit too short and then asked if it was okay… (I let it slide because It was cute and short at first) but then I realized they were all so uneven. I don’t know why I let her finish, I should’ve left right then and there but I still gave her a chance… I got my nails done 3 days ago, one nail already broke and all the gel is coming out. 0/10 would...
