SENT IT IN WITH INTERNAL DAMAGE TO THE SCREEN AND EVEN THOUGH THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED, MY CAM HAS A MALFUNCTION. HE GAVE THE COMPUTER BACK WITHOUT MY SCREEN COVER (BUT WAS ON THE OLD SCREEN) -- WHO DOES THAT? ALSO HE ENDED UP KEEPING MY MAC KEYBOARD COVER AND LEFT ME HAVING TO PURCHASE A NEW CAM AND ALSO A NEW LAPTOP KEYBOARD COVER! THE LEAST YOU COULD'VE DONE IS REMOVE THE SCREEN COVER FROM THE OLD ONE AND PLACE IT ON THE NEW SCREEN ---AND NOT USE MY COMP AS A NOTEPAD TO WRITE A NOTE ON! WHAT AM I GONNA DO WITH A OLD SCREEN THAT SHOULD'VE BEEN TOSSED!?? HE WAS AWARE THAT I NEEDED THIS COMPUTER DONE QUICKLY BECAUSE THIS IS MY WORK AND ALSO COMP. COVID QUARANTINE EXPERIENCE: Not only did they have the part no other store in the area had but they even went the extra mile to get a second item I needed brought to the store for me within 30minutes -- when i got there I only waited outside a few minutes for them to collect my order, swipe my card and provide a receipt.
