I was having an absolute nightmare of a time trying to install a bidet and had totally shredded a little plastic washer that went on one of the valves. It was a super small, specific part, and I went to this store in total defeat, thinking I wasn’t going to have any luck there and would have to drop way more money ordering it online. I came in close to closing, on the brink of tears, and they were incredibly helpful and kind to me. I showed them the part, and they weren’t optimistic in whether they had it on its own, but instead they unpacked the full replacement kit for the whole toilet tank, pulled out the part I needed, and sold it to me separately for $2. I was able to fix and install everything that night, and I am so so grateful for their accommodation...

Me and my husband have been customers here multiple times. They routinely charge me more than the price tag, and not my husband. Once we even bought the same item within an hour of each other, and they charged me more for the same item. Not sure if it’s because I’m a woman or something else.

We also had to return an item, and they didn’t refund us the full amount even though the packaging was unopened and we still had the receipt. Convenient in a pinch, but...

Went here because on Instagram someone shared their deadstock items (on the top floor) of hair accessories. Their dollar store selection is very small and a section is blocked off so you can't get anything there :( But the staff are very kind.
