The wait in line (outside) in the rain was only about 20-minutes. Then they let you in a few at a time to wait on the second line inside about 10-minutes. The you need to wait (seated) for your number to be called. About another 10 to 15 minutes. Actually, less than an hour? …Not too bad. As of the end of 2020, it takes about 35 to 40 days to get a reservation to “re-new” your Driver License. And my reminder came in the Mail from the DMV after, my renewal date had pass. So, don’t wait. It use to be safe to renew 2 or 3 weeks ahead of your expiration date. That might not be enough time doing the Pandemic. Be safe, reserve 40 or more days ahead of your expiration date. What happens if you need to leave town? Do you thing an out of state Highway Patrolman or Trouper will listen to your sad story – as to why you are driving with an expired License? It wouldn't hurt if those nice people at this DMV would provide an overhead canopy...

Let me start out by saying that I do not like going to DMV. You usually spend a lot of time in there, the staff is not very nice and your frustration level goes through the roof I must say that on this visit, my conception of the DMV has changed. When I walk d in it was very crowded and I knew I was going to be there for hours. I was told to go to a line which had one person ahead of me. When it was my turn, I was greeted by a very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable young lady, Miss Brown, who took care of me and turned my pessimistic attitude around. When she finished with me, I went to another employee, Miss Harris, who was equally as courteous and professional. They finished with me and I was out within 15 minutes. I came in dreading having to be there and I left with a big smile on my face. Those two ladies are outstanding employees and they deserve to be recognized for...

On 01/18/24 - My husband and I had to deal with a heavy set Spanish Lady with glasses in desk #10. After waiting 2 hours to be called, she had the nastiest attitude for no reason. I honestly don’t know how she has this job . She had zero customer service and just was so disrespectful. Making disrespectful comments on why I have to be the one helping my husband find our joint phone bill ( ON MY PHONE ) and helping him sort the papers for him as I was the one that put them together. After wasting all that time - I honestly got THE time to sit here and write this because I just left that place so confused on how this person can talk to people this way. She needs to be reported. And if you get called to her station just be prepared - Esa mujer no conoces a Jesús Christo - y se le nota. Que dios la bendiga - Que ella sabe que la que estaba mal y fue una persona miserable ES ella....
