Worst KFC in the Bronx! I've been patient with this location for some time the only location in Park heater I believe this is way they're still in business. I'm a business owner that complies with our customers and always try to make their experience a great one, but not at this place. It all starts with management how can you have people go to your drive-thru to order and you tell them to come inside to order because your register is broken, your staff is taking orders with a headset which is a mobile device that you can use at any register that's one stick. Strike two you have only Pepsi as a beverage to offer your customers unless you want bottle water they did offer, no fruit punch, no Dr.Pepper and no lemonade. I did notice someone return the Pepsi back because it taste like seltzer water. Nothing was up-to-par even the chicken we ordered was cooked in oil that was old you can see it make the chicken look dark brown and greasy edges never again. I feel for who ever is the franchise owner because they are losing money within the time I stood in line to order over 20 cars drive off without ordering that's 20 cars in 15 minutes. That means roughly between $100-200 dollars list every 15 minutes that's $4000-5000 lost in a 8hr period either you don't care because you're happy with your return or you don't know what's going on at your location either way it's a shame because I did like the brand KFC from back in the days. Read moreI had ordered late night here when i accidentally got off at the wrong stop and wanted food before going home. Low and behold, the front door was locked. Saddened, i KNEW i would have to pick up the order that was already paid for via drive thru. It was raining, also. So, the thing with going through a drive thru via foot is that it doesn't read humans due to the weight compared to that of a car. So, after waiting in line for 10 minutes, i got to the front and the order wasn't ready. Fine, i waited. HOWEVER, being on a physical line in between cars showcases the other cars surrounding a body. We have to be aware! It got to the point where other cars that weren't on the line we're getting their food before mine. Still raining, they told me to continue to wait. The whole ordeal took 25 minutes. Another guy came up behind me for pick up as well, teaching me to go right up to the window instead of waiting in between fumed vehicles. But, it was just odd that i put the order in 45 minutes prior and it wasn't ready. Nor was it a large order as it was ONLY for me. Idk. Ordered via Uber Eats. My ticket was incomplete. Did they run out of sliders? How is that possible?
The restaurant should have informed the delivery person the ticket was incomplete/couldn't be fulfilled, whatever the case was so they could contact me and let me know. I was denied the opportunity to either cancel the order for a refund or order something else.
I received only the sides for the combo I ordered. No dipping sauces, which I requested and no straws or napkins, which I requested. One of the sodas I ordered was a disgusting, flat mess and was undrinkable and went into the trash which was a waste.
Not impressed with this location at all. Have the common sense to let Uber delivery drivers if something is unavailable so they can contact the customers. The employees here obviously need to learn to read order tickets and make sure what is requested is actually there before orders are handed over to delivery...
