I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store, and I feel the need to warn others, especially those who care about halal food. The first time I visited, I asked a woman with short hair if the chicken was halal, and she assured me that it was. Trusting her word, I purchased it. However, on my second visit, I wanted to double check, as consuming halal food is very important to me as a Muslim. This time, when I asked again, she casually told me that the chicken was not halal.

I was shocked and upset not only because I had unknowingly eaten something that goes against my beliefs but also because of how carelessly she handled the situation. When I confronted her about the misinformation she had given me the first time, she was incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. There was no apology, no accountability just attitude.

This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as serious as dietary restrictions based on religious beliefs. I can’t believe a business would allow employees to mislead customers like this. If they lie about something as basic as whether their food is halal, who knows what else they’re not being truthful about?

I will never be coming back to this store again, and I strongly advise anyone who values honesty and good customer service to avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other stores that treat their customers with respect and don’t deceive them about the food they’re selling. They dont even deserve 1 Star Terrible Experience Dishonest...

Готовую еду брать не советую вообще , у нас офис рядом и многие сотрудники ходили туда брать обед, по началу все было хорошо, но видно жадность берет свое , стало все хуже , за частую все вчерашнее, качество на 3 из 10, вкус на любителя, голубцы и котлеты вообще ужасные и делать не умеют, взяли салат на майонезе оказался кислый, вечер промучились с животом , сказали хозяйке , начала орать что он всего лишь ВЧЕРАШНИЙ, что тогда говорить за остальное , берите только то что не пропадает быстро, девочки на кассах запуганные а хозяйка с короткой стрижкой там наглая и невоспитанная, отношение к клиентам хамское, позор для...
