I am a honest to god carnivore, always relishing a great steak or porkchop. Problem being, I was accustomed to shopping at my local supermarket and I had been hoodwinked into believing that supermarket meat was my only option....until I stumbled upon this NYC treasure. Any cut, any possible combination, any variety of meat that could be found was there. I was happier than a kid in a candy shop, a "meat candy shop" that is. The gentlemen behind the counter were amazingly kind and informative. One man in particular held my hand while explaining to me the benifits in buying a poussin instead of a cornish game hen. Also, there was a small hair under one of slices! Not totally unexpected as the place wasnāt all that clean and well kept. I donāt wanna say the food was grubby, but spotting a hair is a huge turn off. For the price, I cannot recommend it in...
