We had the pleasure of working with Isaac who coordinated our car services to and from the airport and to and from the Bronx for our group of 6 adults and three children with cars seats!! Everything went smoothly! Our driver Seodyal was there at the airport waiting for us when we arrived and was very helpful in getting our luggage, strollers and car seats into the passenger van. Our driver to and from the Bronx was Tony and he was on time and got us to our destination quickly and safely! He was very informative while we drove pointing out various points of interest to us which was extremely appreciative since this was our first trip to the area for several in our group. When it was time to go back to the airport, our driver Mohamed was on time and got us to the airport quickly and smoothly. All of our drivers were on time, drove with caution from start to finish, very pleasant, friendly, cheerful and well dressed. We did have three different cars/vans and all of them were clean, well maintained and professional looking. The pricing we received was very fare and competitive especially vs other companies. The customer service we received was exceptional from start to finish. Isaac kept in direct personal contact with us directly throughout our entire trip making sure our needs were met. The limo tour with Jim was outstanding. He was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to my parents’ needs, ensuring they were comfortable throughout the journey. Jim took care of all the details, accommodating our requests to stop when needed, including restroom breaks, and carefully assisting my parents in and out of the vehicle. His explanations of each site were thorough, helping us appreciate the cultural and historical significance of every location we visited. I greatly value the support he provided, especially given my parents’ age, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. We went on the Original Best of Brooklyn 1/2 day food and culture tour by bus. Everything you could ask for in a food tour. We do you not have a negative thing to say. The communication from ordering tickets up to the day of the tour was stellar. The meet up was easy. Laurie made everyone feel welcomed and comfortable feeling like a group instead of a group of strangers immediately. We had a clean smooth comfortable ride while Laurie told us about the history and culture of Brooklyn in between food stops. We were able to park right outside every restaurant so you didn't have to walk 3 blocks to the restaurant. The food was amazing and always ready right when we got there.
