One Up Event Design — Local services in New York

My centerpieces were absolutely stunning. We ordered half tall centerpieces and half low center pieces. When I first met Rob, I knew we would click! He was an active listener and was extremely patient with me. Rob stayed within our budget and delivered above and beyond!!! James Cress Florist and Flowers by Brian quoted me over $7,000 for our vision (James Cress was $9000) and he came under $5,000!!!! I was hesistant to book him at first because it was so cheap compared to the other florist but I am happy I trusted him. I wanted to note that my cascade bouquet was SO beautiful, I wish I still had it to carry LOL. My bridesmaids had small bouquets of calia lillies and everyone loved them. I think One Up Event Design is amazing – they delivered modern and elegant pieces/ décor!! Horrible experience ! The company owner Rob was out of the country and could not be reached the day of our wedding. The day of our wedding the flowers were not delivered, after trying for 1 hour to get a hold of someone, I was told that they thought the wedding was the following today. None of my personal flowers were ready. We had no flowers for pictures as a result. When the flowers finally arrived, three hours later they were all wrong and actually green and brown. So thankful we decided to use One UP Event Design. Our experience was wonderful beginning with the planning to the day of our wedding. Rob is so kind and so attentive to my vision. Needless to say he is talented and my event décor exceeded my imagination. We will be using them for all future events.
