This is a tough one. The sales staff are excellent. Malik was wonderful and deserves an award for how kind he was.
However, the delivery department and especially customer support were awful. We ordered a couch to be delivered a week ago. In trying to get it up the stairs the delivery men bashed giant holes in the wall. See the pictures. Our landlord was apoplectic and we were upset as well. When we called the store that Friday we were told by someone to get a quote and then forward it to delivery department--which we did. We also contacted customer support via the RFcare email address and it took five emails to get any response. After calling and emailing for a week we finally got a call from a man named Isaak (I think that is how it is spelled) who said he was the head of the delivery department and that he had been gone for a week--no one had previously mentioned him. He was immediately verbally aggressive to the point where I had to raise my voice at the beginning of the call to get a chance to speak. He then started attacking my wife, basically implying that my pregnant wife was an idiot, scoffed at the quote we had gotten (he kept saying "I have been in the business 15 years..."), and more. He literally left my wife in tears. He also insulted his own colleagues by saying that they didn't know what they were talking about.
Also, he had trouble communicating even the most basic thought. For example: he kept asking "Was the staircase outside the house" to which I answered five times "No it is inside the building". What he meant to ask was "Was the staircase outside of your apartment"? It took five minutes to tell him it was because of how poorly he communicated.

Read moreThis place is full of scammers and they will try to upsell you and give add ons which are basically useless or they will make it hard for you to use the protection plans and guarantees that they advertise. I bought over $3000 worth of furniture from them and they made it sound like the protection plan and 120 day mattress guarantee would cover all bases since this was my first time buying furniture for my first apartment. I had discussed that I wasn’t sure between firm and extra firm as they vary between brands and I might need to change based on how it feels. A few weeks later when I came back because the mattress I had initially selected was to soft and giving me back pain and I just needed a harder mattress of the same brand they said I’d have to pay another couple hundred to even a thousand dollars to get a new mattress on top of what they had made me pay for a protection plan and an overpriced mattress topper. They kept insisting to get a mattress of a much more expensive brand and they would set up a showing only when I agreed to that. I explained how the mattress brand wasn’t a problem, just needed it to be extra firm instead of firm. They bounced me from salesman to manager who said the same thing. This was not discussed when I had initially bought the mattress and I had bought it with the understanding that switching between firmness would not be an issue. Now I’m stuck with 2 mattresses that are uncomfortable and no idea what to do. Upon delivery my furniture was also scratched up and sofa broke in just 1 week. I would highly advise everyone to not be naive and trust them. They are looking out for the stores best interest and not yours. Read moreThe first time I went I didn’t have a good experience because the sales rep only introduced herself then proceeded to follow us the entire time. It made us feel really uncomfortable. I told her what I was looking for and asked for the Memorial Day sales so we think she thought we couldn’t afford what was there. I was ready to leave and she’s like here’s my card . But she didn’t do anything but follow us. We went back yesterday because my family really liked the living room recliners set. I did not wanted to deal with this woman so another guy helped us. He exceeded my expectations. The set we wanted was sold out and he proceeded to ask what we were looking for and showed us other models and not just what was in the store, talked to us about the quality of the product, he took his time, was really courteous and helpful. I end up getting something better and I’ll definitely go back . The other rep dare to say she helped us the day before and that was a lie but this guy was so decent and said he just wanted to help us find what we needed and felt more comfortable with and he even apologized for how that other rep made us feel. I’ll definitely recommend Victerlyg to all my friends and family.
