In addition to my physical appearance, I had elevated liver enzymes and high cholesterol, and couldn't run to save my life. Now I am a size 30 waist, weigh 180lbs, my blood levels are all within normal range and I completed my first 5k. This change came from the environment that the studio creates for the members. It is an environment that is warm and friendly to all and is not intimidating like many gyms. They cater and work with all individuals of all fitness levels. The coaches are observant and even in a group setting make you feel like it is a personal training session. I took a break and on July 25th, 2023 I returned to my OTF family. The initial goal was to loose some weight and tone up. After a few months I not only reduced my body fat weight and increased the muscle mass weight but also became significantly stronger and faster. The staff and the coaches at OTF south shore are amazing!
