QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in New York

Immediately after walking into the store you’re greeted with an absolutely miserable atmosphere. I went to order my food and honestly just felt like I was inconveniencing the worker by requiring her to do her job and make me a burrito at a place that makes burritos. When she was ringing me up she either mumbled so I couldn’t hear or didn’t say how much it cost so I could give her the proper amount, she just stood there and stared at me like I was supposed to play guess how much my burrito costs. When I was getting my change back she practically threw it in my hand. I understand if you’re having a bad day, everyone has their days- but a little decency and respect shouldn’t be a chore when speaking or interacting with other human beings. The service is terrible.. Every time we walking in I feel like the staff is making us favor they taking our order. And I don’t know it's our luck or the time we are coming - one table is occupied by employees eating and taking their time while only one person is behind the counter taking care of customers. I don't think is particular employees with lousy service, because we saw different people the days we come. I believe it's lack of good management in that location, the employees don't follow the rules, they just do minimum, don't care if the sustomer is satisfied or not. In addition they always short with particular items, once it was tortilla chips, other time sour cream, other time the raspberry iced tea. Not...

Your food is delicious, but your manager is really not friendly at all. I've been there a few times and she was always in a bad mood. It felt like I owed her a lot of money. When I went in to order, she deliberately turned her head and walked away when she saw me. She also seemed very unhappy when she gave me the food. Please ask your manager not to discriminate against Asians. We just come to buy food and haven't offended her.
