Starbucks — Restaurant in New York

Might as well not even waste your time coming here and make your own coffee. EVERY TIME I MAKE MY MOBILE ORDER ITS WRONG. Every. Single. Time! 90% of these workers look and act like they don’t care about their job. They completely mess up my overpriced $9 drink. Me and so many other people know this is the worst Starbucks ever. They ignore mobile orders, and when you ask for help they look at you and walk away. I’m so tired of this Starbucks, and so are so many others. Don’t go to this Starbucks since it’ll take you 20 minutes to get a coffee and bagel when the place is empty. Go to the Roseville one instead. Ever since they changed the morning workers, and just workers in general it has not been the same. The manager needs to be more present, because the staff is insanely slow and unorganized. i order from this starbucks basically everyday. today i mobile ordered my drink and they gave me something completely different. when i went in i grabbed my drink that had my name on in and what i ordered, since mobile ordered it. when i was in my car on my way out already , i taste it and the drink is not what i ordered at all. i ordered a iced shaken espresso with oat milk and i can taste that they gave me an iced caramel macchiato. i cannot drink regular milk and if the gave me someone’s else drink , it could have regular milk. this drink is also extremely sweet with so much caramel. now i cannot drink this coffee and have to go somewhere else to get another one when i wouldn’t have to of starbucks was able to just make my drink right when...

Ordering here is a disaster. Mobile pickups take way too long. The order and pickup system has no rhyme or reason. Everyone just clusters in the corner while having to reach over the counter to see if its their drink because half the time they don't call out your name. Probably because they are so overwhelmed . The manager made a brief appearance then immediately went to back. Maybe stick around and help out till they are caught up.
