I started my window replacement journey last November, met with a few different providers and ultimately decided to go with my gut and choose Pella. Their sales rep, Rob G, worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for and had a zero pressure attitude that made the experience a breath of fresh air. A few months went by, while we figured out how we were going to pay for the windows - and when I let Rob know our budgetary restraints, he re-worked the proposal to get us the look we wanted with a less expensive product.

The windows were installed in early May and there was an IMMEDIATE difference in the temperature of our home and reduction of street noise. A few of the screen arrived bent, and one of the window grills was slightly crooked. Those were noted at install, and were replaced yesterday, 6/16 within 30 minutes. 10/10 quality of product, but my highest recommendation is to make sure you seek out Rob G - he’s a delight to work with and will do everything in his power to ensure you are a satisfied,...

I like the fact that Pella has had a store nearby for decades. They were very professional and had expertise at what they do. The measurer had some challenges with my house opening. The installers faces some issues with my walls. Yet the installation was excellent. The amount of insulation and care with installation was also superb. The professional who affixed aluminum capping did a beautiful job, and the aluminum was a special, heavier gauge Pella aluminum that I have more faith in holding up against winter storms and high winds. I had the Pella Patio Doors with the screen installed in November with the blinds between the glass doors. Was very pleased with the doors until warmer weather and, unfortunately, COVID-19. I’m not a big fan of air conditioning would prefer door and windows open for fresh air. Unfortunately, the build-in screen door does not stay in place. When wind ramps up the door slams open, also, a problem with even getting it to latch and stay in place. Called in late May they could not send someone to look at it til end of July.
