My family and I tried out this restaurant lounge for some drinks and hookah which we drank the Craft Sangria wine White and Red and had the Mint Flavored hookahs. The ambience of the restaurant lounge was very chilled, laidback and comforting. The workers and owners of this establishment are Egyptian. The decor of this spot is pretty standard but comfortable. The staff that served us was Marten and Arthur whom were very attentive, friendly and laidback. The lighting of the restaurant is dim to produce relaxed vibes which was pretty cool. The music played is Egyptian music which was a pretty good ambience. We definitely will be visiting again. This place is the absolute best. The hookah is smooth, the food is way better than you’d expect from a lounge and the atmosphere is relaxing with a chill vibe, lighting, good music, and comfy seating that makes you want to stay for hours.

What really sets this spot apart though is the staff. Everyone is super welcoming, attentive without hovering, and just genuinely cool people. You can tell they actually care that you’re having a good time. Whether you’re just relaxing or out with a group, it feels like you’re being taken care of by friends.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. I used to go here every day for years. I stopped going here because of the rude staff and lack of appreciation for their customers. I went here the other night because it was everyone else's choice because it was closest. Gave it another shot. STILL THE RUDEST STAFF EVER AND NOW IT'S WORSE. Hookah was subpar. Later in the night, I asked for hummus and they kept telling me the kitchen was closed even though I saw other people eating. There are much better places in the Island to go to.
