Personal Touch saved me money and saved my car, and made the whole process as close to painless as possible.My insurance company (which was completely fair, reasonable, and responsive) decided to "total"my car after someone backed into the passenger-side fender, so it made me a cash offer. I really liked my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe and wanted to keep it on the road. I looked up the reviews of Personal Touch on a paid consumer rating service I subscribe to, so I drove the car to their shop. The owner, told me that Personal Touch would fix my car for what the insurance company was willing to pay (and the insurance company had stopped totaling the bill when the estimate hit 75% of the car's value) and he did it! In addition, he forgave $200 of the $500 deductible I was supposed to pay. I needed the car to get out of town, so he expedited the repair and completed it, including a new fender and right-front suspension system, in about two days. The office manage told me what would be happening at the beginning and kept me informed along the way. The car draws flawlessly and looks better than it did before...
   Read moreI recently went to this Auto Body Shop to have minor work done on my bumper and to have a scratch on my passenger door buffed out. I was told to arrive at 8:00am in the morning to drop off the car and it would be ready by 5:00pm that evening. I dropped off the car the next day a little pass 8:00am … close to 9:00am. As promised my car was ready the same day … 3 days later my car was stolen and has yet to be recovered. Not sure how to feel but I believe in my heart this Auto Body Shop or someone who works there had something to do with it and as I reflect on my interactions with them overall it wasn’t good. As I was leaving one of the guys that serviced my car took a picture of my driver side door where you put the key to open the door. I didn’t think much of it until recently. As I was in the office I just kept getting a bad feeling but I ignored it. Please take it from me … don’t GO! I would not recommend this...
   Read moreMy car was crashed into while parked, I took my car for an estimate. and advised the Owner and Assistant i would let them know by noon time if the person was paying cash or going thru their insurance. When I called to advise them the other driver was going thru their insurance I was told my car was ready and I had to come up with CASH $840.00 same day or would be charged $85.00 daily for storing my car . I asked to speak with the Owner he would not let me get in a word edge wise he was rude and condescending. He is outright a BULLY if it had been a Male I am sure he would have not received the same treatment. When have you ever taken your car for an estimate and they tell you pick up your car its ready the same day (Never!!!) . I never gave him approval to proceed with the work. He is Nasty ... Steer clear of him and his crooked dealings. He is obnoxious , rude and likes to intimidate people... NOT...
