Horrible service at the pharmacy. 1/21/25. My doctor sent the prescription on 1/16/25 and it still wasn't ready. I was told I had to wait 15 minutes. Unacceptable. I informed the girl wearing the hijab (couldnt get her name because she turns her ID around so you cant see it) I believe her name is SALLY DHANAI thats the name on the prescription receipt. the reason I waited is so it could be ready when I come to pick it up. The manager chimes in and says sometimes if you don't pick it up on time they put it back. Lies. The prescription was never done because I never received a notice to pick it up. I told her instead of arguing with me help her fill the prescription. The girl in the hijab says if it takes 15 minutes it takes 15 minutes. There was only 1 other person waiting in the waiting area. In the pharmacy department another girl was drinking coffee and having a personal conversation with the manager. Because I advocated for myself and told them it don't take 15 minutes to fill my prescription all 3 girls began to argue with me. It took her 7 minutes to fill my prescription. And that's only because I spoke up. These girls like to waste people's time drinking coffee in an area that is not permitted. The girl drinking the coffee next to the manager was having a personal conversation, which is a distraction and is not permitted in that area, incredibly unprofessional. Always speak up for yourself. If they put the same energy they used to argue into actually doing their job, there would be fewer complaints and wait time. No longer using CVS. To make matters worse the girl drinking coffee at the work station never had on any PPE or washed her hands or used sanitizer after. She went right back to the work station in front of the manager to continue working. Total disregard for OSHA sanitary standards regarding worker exposure. A complaint has been filed. At...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the CVS Pharmacy on Saturday, April 3rd, and Sunday, April 4th. I had a troubling experience while attempting to pick up my asthma medication, which is critical for my health.
On Saturday, my significant other went to the pharmacy to collect my medication, only to be informed by the pharmacist that the necessary personnel responsible for preparing the medication were unavailable, despite it being within operating hours. This situation was perplexing and concerning, as it left me without essential medication.
Upon returning on Sunday, I learned that the referral from my doctor had already been pre-submitted, but I was informed that my insurance card was either expired or not active. This was surprising since I had just used the same card at my doctor’s office the previous Friday. In my attempts to resolve the issue, I requested to speak with a manager. However, the individual I spoke with didn’t seem to have the authority I expected and claimed that their manager was unavailable that day.
I also sought a corporate contact number to escalate my concerns, as the urgency of obtaining my medication could not be overstated. Thankfully, I have a friend who was able to lend me a pump temporarily, but the overall experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
I sincerely hope that CVS takes this feedback seriously and addresses these operational inefficiencies. As a result of this experience, I am reluctant to return to this location for my...
Read moreWent in to witness a small Hispanic mother being berated by the shift manager LonJe who humiliated her in front of the entire store. She was speaking at above talking tone to make sure everyone knew there were no toys in the store and no "toy" aisle that the toys they had were seasonal only. which is of course incorrect. Then she called me up, and was also rude to me. She got upset when I had to change cards bc my previous card didn't have enough $ on it and told me I needed to use the chip, which I knew, and accidently put it in the wrong way, since silver graphic on my card is in more than one place. So then she barked at me as I turned it around and put it in the slot, however this wasn't good enough for her and she barked again that I needed to push it in more than once...mind you, the card was in and the two seconds it took for the computer to read she decided to target and bully me. I'll be calling the store to complain in the morning. Little did she know I had major surgery a week ago and you couldn't tell-she needs to be fired bc customer service and handling a store is too much responsibility for her. In fact, based on her personality, it wouldn't surprise me if she is concealing other immoral behaviors, that would affect the store financially. Also she was having a grand old time with another customer and staff during my transaction laughing at some inside...
