Professional Nail Salon — Local services in New York

After spending $200 I would think they would be nice and cordial with me, one of my nails broke and I called in before going in and I was told by the guy who answered that she was available and would see me when I come in, when I get there she literally just sat someone down, I didn’t even take more than 10 min to get there. The man who sits in the first desk was so rude yelled at me when I told him that I was the one that called. He yelled RELAXXX soo many times when I was speaking a calm gentle tone. I felt humiliated and not appreciated when I literally just spent $200 on a set of nails, I would think I would be treated with care and kindness. So because of this unfortunate way of treating me I will not be returning. Sadly the tech Sami did an amazing job, I love to do extravagant designs and don’t mind paying up but I would not be spending a dollar at this salon ever again since customers aren’t...
