My family and I are vegan. Last year a family member told us about their jerk tofu, and we’ve been ordering ever since. A few times they would put eggs in the vegetable fried rice, which doesn’t make sense. But they would send a new one and ask for the old one back.

The last time I ordered, I asked for a jerk tofu with plain fried rice with NOTHING in it. I literally repeated myself about 5 times.

When I got my delivery the plain fried rice had eggs in it. So my boyfriend called and spoke to the lady on the phone/manager/ “owner” according to her. We explained to her that we’re vegan, obviously don’t eat eggs, and specifically ordered a plain with nothing in it. You would think replacing the rice that we can’t eat would be the obvious solution.

No. She said the plain rice is served with eggs in it, and it’s our “mistake” for ordering it. If I wanted an egg fried rice, I would have ordered an egg fried rice. They said there was absolutely nothing they could do. They wanted us to pay for another plain fried rice, when I should have gotten a PLAIN fried rice in the first place.

She then rudely hung up the phone, so my boyfriend went into the store. The same rude lady greeted him. She kept blaming him and said there was nothing they could do.

Poor customer service. Unprofessional. Lack of common sense. No compassion. No longer...

If they had a 0 zero zero zero i would of chosen that. On Saturday 11/04/2023 at around 7:33pm I called and order a vegetable fried rice with extra eggs and spicy the person on the phone took my order and said 10 minutes for pick then when I arrived to pick up my food and left to my car and open it to eat their was no eggs not spicy and the food taste like weird do i called and ask the person who took my order to tell her she gave me the wrong food and she said i picked up the wrong how can i pick up the wrong food when is them that made it and give it to me so the person in the phone said me they dont make egg fried rice and.so why take my order and give me the wrong food and hung 3 times on me very rude and disrespectful people when i staretd explaining to them what had happened they...

This place have very bad service I went to buy a chicken fried rice, They didn't even garnish the food ( No cucumbers,no cabbage,not.
