Prisca Nails — Local services in New York

This place does not offer appt time. I went there on a Thurs around 4:30pm. I waited approx 5 mins and was told to have a seat in the chair for a pedicure. An hour later, a nail tech comes over and started rushing. She cut my nails so short. My nails were irritated. She was very rough with my nails. She filed my nails so hard and ended up breaking one of my toe nail really bad. She looked at me and said "I don't know what happened". She had to put a powder on top of the nail to help stop the bleeding. Now manicure time, I looked up and counted 14 people waiting for service. No where to sit and customers just standing. She put a small table near the restroom and did my gel manicure. My nails were so sloppy. The polish was wrinkle and was on my skin. I use to go to prisca when they were smaller and located on 112th street. Now that they expanded and have 2 locations... Quality of work and care has deminshed immensely. This place is horrible... They are always Rushing.... I go there to do Manicure and pedicure.. They told me to wait about ten minutes and I ended up waiting almost an hour. The person who did my pedicure was horrible.. She did not cut my nails like I wanted to.. It's like she did not want to do Anything but put polish.. She cut my fingernails very , very short and worked on my Cuticle while dry.. She did not soak them. She had an attitude.. The other text noticed that she was not doing her Job.. Another one told me wait two minutes and she will continue doing My nail... It did not happen.. Then she said wait for another tech. She said wait two minutes.. then she ended up saying 10 minutes again.. its so aggravating... the 1st tech bruised my fingers so bad.. they still hurt after 5 days..I had to walk out with clear messed up gell.. it was sticky.. it was not worth it at all. There is no place like Prisca Nail Salon at 108 St and Liberty Ave. I come here once a month from NJ to get my Manicure and Pedicure done. The staff is very courteous and they all do an amazing job but I love Lily to do my nails. She does an amazingly super job and when I leave I am so happy because I get my money's worth. The place is very clean and in an immaculate condition also the price is right. So if you want amazing nails check this salon out, I am telling you, you will always want to go back there like myself. I always tell my friends about this place because they admire my nails and I always get powder French Mani (#65 glitter) and regular French for my Pedi.
