I have been going to Big Well for years now and when it comes to the customer service, they completely changed for the WORST!!! Every time you go there to place an order there is one rude employee behind the counter - she is always loud and speaks to you with an attitude. When you ask her for price or how they sell their food, always rushes you. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND NUISANCE TO THE CUSTOMERS !!
II guess it’s more important to make money off the customers who are supporting your business than providing them with great customer service.
A side from the rudeness; they always forget or misplace your order. There have been two occasions where I have placed orders with them days in advance - when I call the day of to pick up my order I am told that they “can not find my order” or I have to wait until they find my order. If they are able to find my order, I am told that I have to pay a different price because the person who took my order gave me wrong price. Is it my fault as the customers that the employees do not know the correct price. Huge business integrity issue and the office of Better Business Bureau should be informed.
It’s a shame that the owner is fully aware of his employees behavior with the customers and he does NOTHING!!! And I know for a fact that he knows what his employees are doing and he supports their fraudulent business behaviors.
Anyone that is reading this review can understand that when it comes to supporting our local business, we as consumers are trying our best to deal with “old country” mentality of customer service, but that approach...
Read moreI have been going to this bakery since they opened and though I have never been disappointed with their food, they have the worst customer service I have experienced. I called and placed an order one day in advance for food, call the next day to let them know I was running a half hour late. The woman on the phone said there was no order with my name and number but she would have the food ready in the next half hour. Show up and they have no food and the woman at the front immediately starts with her attitude saying there is no order even though I called twice for it. Waited for them to make the order and when I'm ready to walk out the same woman says to me "you're lucky", to which I told her how rude she is and that I'm not lucky, they have poor, unorganized service. If this was a one time thing, I would let this slide, but similar situations have happened to multiple people I know, all have no problem with food, but always experience horrible customer service.
To the owner - TRAIN YOUR STAFF. You are losing business...
Read moreI was very pleased with the house special fried rice. The owner is very friendly and goes the extra mile to assure the customers are pleased with everything. I have been ordering from this restaurant since they've opened and will continue to do so. I've also had the pepper shrimp, roti, polourie, jerk lamb and everything was tasty.
Here's an update 2024. The last few times I've ordered have been disappointing. And yesterday, the tray of roti we got for a party yesterday was the worst roti I've ever seen..it was packed with oil and hard. Just flat. I actually couldn't even bring myself to eat it. The poulorie came with no sauce and when I called to tell them the girl said oh shit and hung up. So strange. Everytime I speak to someone there they are incredibly unprofessional. I think this was the last straw. They've lost quite a few customers. Leaving 2 stars...
