I found a hair in my food after food was delivered. I contacted the restaurant to replace the order in which the woman who answered refused and hanged the phone up on me. I walked over to the restaurant in the rain to request the replacement in person both the guy cook and woman who took my order both were already in rage and started yelling loud which was very unprofessional in front of other customers. The guy cook refused to remake my order. I took my refund and told them they just lost customers and went somewhere else and informed coworkers to be aware. They also came to my job yelling in rage and my manager had to get involved because they were more worried about bad reputation and losing customers but it was to late they should have corrected the error to begin with instead of yelling over the phone and hanging up. While the food here is simple, it’s fresh and absolutely perfect. The servings are generous and could easily feed two people. That’s for under $10…Service is welcoming and friendly, but keep in mind that although they may look empty inside that they are usually slammed with pickup and delivery orders. Be patient. The worst Chinese fast food place ever in Brooklyn they are so rude The worker slams the door gives you your food it looks dirty in there she has no customer service help she talks very rudely to her customers like she has no patience I saw flies at the entrance in the customer service and it’s horrible very unwelcoming.
