I found a hair in my food after food was delivered. I contacted the restaurant to replace the order in which the woman who answered refused and hanged the phone up on me. I walked over to the restaurant in the rain to request the replacement in person both the guy cook and woman who took my order both were already in rage and started yelling loud which was very unprofessional in front of other customers. The guy cook refused to remake my order. I took my refund and told them they just lost customers and went somewhere else and informed coworkers to be aware. They also came to my job yelling in rage and my manager had to get involved because they were more worried about bad reputation and losing customers but it was to late they should have corrected the error to begin with instead of yelling over the phone and hanging up.
