Dan has created a real treasure in Real Brave Audio. My Kids have been taking lessons with âReal Brave Audioâ for some time now, and I canât sing their praise enough! The teacherâs my kids have are fantastic. They are all highly trained, experienced, and know their stuff (I can even say that of several of the other teacherâs at RBA I have had the pleasure to meet). But, more importantly to meâŠthey are also friendly and know how to relate their knowledge in a way that is personally coherent and inspires instead of discourages! I have seen my kids improve musically by leaps and bounds compared to their previous music instruction. And let me not forget the support staff that is always friendly and courteous. Then there is the spring and fall Concerts, which are icing on the cake. The Concerts are a great idea and a fun way for family and friends not only to show support for their students and cheer them on, but to experience firsthand the studentâs progressâŠthe concerts are great fun. In addition to the concerts being really fun for the entire family, the concerts performances are made as stress-less as a live performance can be for the students, not only by technical support, but moral support as well. The teachers and staff not only support the students technically, but by providing instrumental and vocal back up when needed, everyone at RBA makes the whole concert performance process a team effort, and the students never have to feel like theyâre standing alone on stage. I wish RBA, or in the least a music school like it, was around when I first picked up the guitar and wanted to rock! I highly recommend Real Brave Audio...
Read moreMy son Lukas has been coming here for a bit. In the time Lukas has been here, he has learned to play the piano and while he is in fact, not naturally inclined towards instruments, he has certainty learned much . My son has benefited greatly, not just his skill set, but also his confidence. Nothing compares to see your child blossom, especially on these days where our boys are sometimes persona non grata.
These people are patient and foment growth in the child's character. I am a witness to this and, confessedly, I am a borderline cynic. But, you must give credit to these caring and patient instructors. I believe my sons instructor's name is Sam Ye (my bad for not remembering). He has been extraordinary to my son, and I have seen him engage with others with the same mannerism. Other team members also seem to display the same dedication to their students, but my exposure to them has been limited.
A point of interest is that they have a couple of concerts every year and your child can participate, which by default, will help them in social settings. Finally, I appreciate their flexibility to make up missed lessons which is more than other, one on one instructors, could put up with. I recommend Real Brave and I want to thank them for the service they provide to our neighborhood. I wish them all the...
Read moreIt is true. It is real. Your child can learn to love music at Real Brave (all kinds of music, classical, rock, pop, Broadway)! It's not a puppy mill where all you do is churn out practice after practice to get to the next level. I have seen kids burn out in that type of environment. Real Brave has a friendly, stress-free atmosphere where the only stress is knowing which instrument to try out next. The bi-annual concerts are wonderful and if you mess up during your performance, nobody yells at you. But you will learn that if you want to stop messing up, you need to practice, practice, practice more. The instructors and staff are so lovely. We love Monica!! There is a feeling of musicianship and camaraderie because everyone there knows that you have to be real brave to perform for people. PS.. We need an ensemble/band practice area. PPS.. There should be a discount offer for students learning multiple instruments. We are thinking to add on...
