I went to see Jeff for acute lower back pain—I was in extreme discomfort and could barely walk. From the start, Jeff took the time to thoroughly assess and treat the issue. The session was detailed and focused, and he really helped calm the pain and relax the muscle. I felt genuinely cared for throughout. What really stood out is that Jeff wasn’t like many other practitioners I’ve encountered in the U.S.—there was no push to upsell or lock me into unnecessary sessions. He was focused on my recovery, not selling more. He also took care of submitting the insurance claim for me, which made things even easier. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’d go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to anyone needing real, thoughtful care.

For the last few years I've had intermittent back pain and by late last year it was becoming near-chronic, so I decided I needed to do something about it. I was nervous choosing a physical therapist, but I saw Jeff's name mentioned by someone on an email list I'm on, and I'm so glad I did.

Jeff put me at ease immediately and treated my issue with genuine curiosity and professionalism. He took a methodical, hands-on approach, ruling out possibilities that others had lazily pointed to (core strength...) and zero-ing in on the actual problem, which was a deep, chronically knotted muscle along my spine. Jeff did a fantastic job working through this knot with bodywork on two visits. He also provided an acupuncture referral that further helped treat the problem. My back has been pain-free for a couple of months now. When I later realized a pain in my shoulder was becoming chronic, I saw Jeff for this, as well, and he worked his magic all over again—methodical investigation, cathartic bodywork, and straightforward exercises. When I was afraid I wouldn't remember the exercises, he offered to take photos of me doing them right there in the office on my phone so I could refer back to them later. A true professional!

Anyway, all of this is to say that Jeff's stellar Google reviews are well-deserved. If you're at all nervous about seeing a PT or have had lackluster experiences in the past (as I have), you should definitely make an...

I can’t recommend Jeff enough as a physical therapist. He’s the most thoughtful and effective physical therapist who has ever treated me, and has treated me for a variety of ailments, including chronic low back pain, neck pain, chronic headaches, and posture issues. Now, I’m focusing on ACL recovery with Jeff, and I’m feeling very confident going into surgery thanks to him.

Not only did he provide me with a tailored prehab protocol to get my leg and knee as strong and flexible as possible, but he also helped train me on the little things, like how to use crutches properly, and gave me arm strengthening exercises to manage 4 flights of stairs on crutches.

The exercises he provides are tailored to each patient, and he’s constantly iterating on the exercises to adapt to your progress to ensure you get the most effective results for your time.

One of the things that sets Jeff apart from the rest is he spends a full hour with his patients, and takes the time to really listen to their symptoms and think through the best way to approach their healing. He uses a hands-on approach that really helps relieve painful, tight muscles before moving into strengthening exercises, and incorporates tools as needed.

Jeff is a true healer, and I can’t sing his praises enough to anyone who will listen. If you’re looking for a PT who truly cares about your well-being and takes the time to create a personalized plan for you, Jeff is...

I met Jeffrey through a referral from my neighbor. I had been going to physical therapy 2-3 days a week at a chain physical therapy company after having hip arthroscopic surgery in March. Initially I was doing well following surgery, however, as usually happens at chains, I was getting less one-on-one attention, began developing imbalances which were causing consistent pain. So I needed a change.

When I met with Jeffrey he confirmed my suspicions, I needed more posterior chain exercises and psoas/quad stretching. I have a desk job and am a working mom, so I needed daily exercises that wouldn't take all day and allowed me to come home and not be super tight from sitting all day. He met my request and developed a simple routine that I could do throughout my day when I was needing range of motion to prevent tightness. After seeing him once and doing my routine for a week I had made progress and my pain was minimal.

After my second visit I received more challenging and functional exercises that transitioned me to balance/1-leg exercises. Since doing these exercises for 2 weeks, I am feeling almost 100%! I highly recommend his services as he gives a concise evaluation and caters exercises exactly for what you need as an individual instead of a predetermined protocol.

Make the change sooner than later to one-on-one physical therapy with Jeffrey at Revolution Physiotherapy. You will not regret it!...
