I brought my girlfriend's dress to be altered and one side was cut shorter than the other when I pointed out Rosas mistake she adamantly denied it even though the proof was right in front of her. I also pointed out that we asked for her to sew a slit on the side of the dress as the current slit was too long. The pin that she placed on the dress was still on it. She didn't even attempt to sew it? She had the dress for 14 days? I returned it Friday. Today I went back at 4 o'clock which was the time for pickup stated on the receipt she had just started working on the dress as I arrived? I sat there for 1/2 an hour waiting. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior especially as a business owner. I recommend to anyone looking for good service to please find another establishment as Rosa's laundry has a very rude unprofessional, uncaring, and unapologetic owner!!!! DO NOT...

If you don’t speak Spanish, don’t go here. If you have nice clothes, don’t bring them here. The very few times I used their service things are never ready on time. This time i brought a pair of $200 trousers, went there at their closing time, they were chatting, took them almost ten minutes to even locate them in a random basket, and they haven’t worked on them at all.
