When I was searching for the right daycare for my child, I explored many options — but Serena Serenity Daycare II immediately stood out. From the very first visit, I was impressed by the cleanliness, organization, and well-established daily routine. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and welcoming.

Once my son started attending, my first impression was only reinforced. The staff is attentive, kind, and always open to communication. They consistently ask about my child’s preferences, answer all of my questions, and truly make an effort to accommodate his individual needs. It’s clear that they genuinely care.

The enrollment process was thorough, with a detailed set of documents, which I actually appreciated — it reflects a high level of professionalism and responsibility.

There are multiple caregivers working with the children, and I’m genuinely impressed that they never seem tired or disengaged. On the contrary — they are always energetic, present, and full of positive energy, which creates such a warm atmosphere for the kids.

The security system is also very well thought out. Access is controlled, and everything is monitored by cameras — which gives me peace of mind knowing my child is safe.

One personal suggestion I’d love to share: it would be wonderful to have a parent group (on WhatsApp or another platform) where families could see daily updates — such as meals, activities, and general news — to improve transparency. At the moment, we receive occasional individual photos, which is lovely, but broader visibility would enhance the experience.

Serena’s 💙 Daycare – Howard Beach, NY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (20/5 if I could!)

I cannot express how thankful I am to have found Serena’s 💙 Daycare for my daughter. As a first-time daycare mom using a daycare, I was nervous but this place has completely blown me away. From the very beginning, they’ve been incredibly organized, providing a monthly calendar so I always know what’s going on (even if I forget to look at it!). What I love most is the communication I get text messages throughout the day with updates on how my baby is doing, and at the end of the day, I receive a full report with every detail: meals, naps, diapers, mood, everything. It brings me so much peace knowing she’s in such good hands.

Now, just one month in, my daughter runs into the arms of the daycare ladies every morning her happiness says it all. The staff are warm, loving, and bilingual, which means so much to me as I only speak Spanish to my daughter at home. This daycare helps her stay connected to our language while gently introducing English as well. It truly feels like a second home filled with love, learning, and structure. My only wish is that New York State had better systems in place for daycare assistance — paying out-of-pocket is tough, especially for working parents. If i could give Serena serenity Daycare 10 stars i would. This is my second review, my last review was 2 years ago, my daughter was 6 weeks when she first joined Serena Serenity. Now both my son who is 8 month old my 2 years old daughter attended the Daycare. They are truly a blessing from God. My heart is always in peace knowing that they are in good hands. Both the staff and the management go above and beyond to make sure you kids are safe and happy. They teach my daughter something new everyday (numbers, alphabets, colors) and most importantly they teach them manners. They celebrate all the holidays with the kids and send them home with pictures and gifts. They send you text msgs, pictures and videos of your kids through out the day to make sure you are aware of everything. They give my baby boy tummy time, floor play and feed him very well. The minute he sees Serena in the morning he starts laughing which makes my heart very happy, sometimes my Daughter doesn’t wanna leave Audra and come home with us lol.
