I've had their poke bowls in the past and they were good. Until one time, my friend and I ordered poke bowls, we paid separately. We received our stuff and then went home. This may sound like it's our problem but also theirs, our orders got mixed, I received my friend's bowl and he received mine. Yes we could've checked before leaving to see if we got the right stuff. But this is also on their end because it appears to seem that although I ordered my bowl last, it was the first one done and the employee did not seem to remember who had what. And I knew he did not remember because when I received my friend's bowl, he asked if I wanted chopsticks, so he definitely did not know. If they can adjust their system on poke bowls, that would be great because I do not want another mix up of...

Never been here before, Just got a poke bowl with salmon and a passionfruit green tea. First thing I noticed was how large the bowl actually was, which was a nice surprise. It was a build your own type of bowl and they had a large selection of add on to choose from. I think they had a chicken option for those who aren't into fish. The bubble tea is in a weird cup with a coffee cup style lid with a large hole on one end for the straw, which I thought was interesting. Overall it was a great meal. It was filling and the fish was very fresh. The bubble tea was pretty standard, delicious. The counter staff was very nice and they had my food ready within 15mins, as promised. I'm disappointed and sad to have to write this review. While their food is delicious they're smoothies or top-notchamd their acai bowl are so fresh.. however I ordered from them 3 days in a row and on the third day I asked if the a frequent customer club .. And was told they do then given a card and then he only stamped it for the visit for that day when I asked this is the third day I've been here in a row and he said oh but you ordered on doordash and I said what does that matter I'm still ordering from you and not another smoothie place. Bottom line is it was a bit of a turn-off and I have not been there since he told me that I need to order directly from them I tried to call and couldn't get through on more than one occasion.
