THIS PLACE STOLE MY ART, AND PASSED IT OFF AS THEIR OWN. I am a small business owner. I make custom handmade extensions for personal installation. Looking over reviews, I have sold to an employee at this place twice not knowing this was a shop. Previously, hairstylists have reached out professionally and respectfully before purchasing a custom order to use in their shop. This shop did not. But i was left a LOW review, not an apology for stealing art work.
Update: I was basically called a liar, with no apology given, when I have no reason to lie or to make false accusations. Proof of purchase was added to this review (picture one) after I was left this questionable reply (picture two).
My last update. They have since changed the reply once again to my statement. (Picture three) since it will probably change again. Judging by the new reply, extremely unprofessional and condescending. I am a small seller, but I know never to respond to feedback in such a manner. My art was stolen by this "company" and the "owner(s)" refuse to admit this fact after presented with proof.
My own edit, extremely disappointed in the use of prejudice overtones in the "company's" newest reply. Sickening.

I honestly can not believe this is still going on! But as of every 2021, I just received the notification that this review has yet another edit by the "company" about 20 minutes ago. It was added to the post. At least they took my advice about being...
Read moreAlways liked visiting a place twice before I could give a review. Came to get serviced at this place almost 4 weeks ago and then again today 7/19/24. The salon is clean and neat. I'm African American and my boyfriend is Jamaican who also got his hair washed, set, and deep conditioned. On the first visit by myself, I paid $45 for a wash, set, deep condition, and trim. She explained it because of my "texture" and the deep conditioning. Not much conversation perhaps because of the language barrier during the service. The wash was nice both times but during the blow drying was pretty rough he mentioned as well. Today's visit was $75 for me and 70 for him which caused confusion at checkout as I expressed my previous visit because the same woman did my hair the last time. She denied my previous paying price mentioning our texture again then knocks off 10 dollars for us both. Our hair is pretty easily detangled. Being that I am always the one taking care of our heads. I have a 11-inch bob and his about an inch longer than mine. Just wanted to treat him to a his first salon experience kinda last minute. I've been to many salons that are appointment-based whereas we just did and early morning walk-in. Won't be returning but I do recommend getting the price upfront each time. Or the business to put up a realistic price list for natural hair with the add-on prices as well. Lastly, I can understand if you're used to working with a certain customer base but please be as delicate to "textured" as you to anyone...
Read moreI’m giving a 3 star for today’s interaction over the phone. I had called today to get a price on what I was looking to get done. I was told that they don’t give prices over the phone. That’s ridiculous! I shouldn’t have to wait to get in the salon to get a made up price. I should have been giving an estimated price so then I would have an idea what I would have to pay. Therefore, that made me change my mind on even wanting a service done. That is not how a business should be conducted! I have been to this salon a few times and never had any issues. The two ladies I had done my hair were very nice and professional. ( 5 stars for the experiences) other than that… the lady that picked up the phone made the...
