New Lots Fried Chicken and Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I have been a faithful customer since the original owners. Never experienced any problems until today. This store has new owners and most employees are very receptive and a pleasure to deal with. Today there is a tall obnoxiously rude dark skinned gentleman who deserves to be fired because of the disrespecting manner he deals with customers. It is sad to say because of this man my family and I will no longer order from this location.which is even worse because I live down the block and it's convenient. As long as this man works there they lost several customers because I have a large family. I have lived in this area 55 years of my life and I know many people. Every chance I get I will tell people not to order their if that man still works there. I'm not in the habit of trying to get perspn in trouble or fires but this man not only is rude and disrespectful...he also doesn't get orders correct and want to get stupid when you tell him it's the wrong order. He tries to talk over you and strong arm you into be complacent. He and the store can go kick rocks. ...

Most rudest and nastiest people ever i placed a DoorDash order around 10 pm and got charged 23.12 and all i received were 2 pieces of chicken and the mozzarella sticks when i paid for an additional 3 pieces of chicken and French fries didn’t receive my full order contacted the driver say it wasn’t his problem contact the store said it was my lost and not his issue refuse to give me a refund won’t be ordering...

Bought chicken and fries got in a cab the food smelled up the whole cab driver rolled down his window. The chicken stinks it doesn't taste to bad I didn't try it my kids did I couldn't take the smell....
