COOKLYN EATS BK — Restaurant in New York

Let me tell you PLEASEE be cautious when buying food from here !! Overly priced and they need a new team of cooks. They sell southern food and got Hispanics that don’t know how to cook in there ( not even Dominicans would cook with such disrespect) they have to be Salvadoran or something . The wings are so disgusting , under cooked , not properly cleaned just a whole bunch of blubber and batter wrapped around some uncooked chicken .. everything is cooked with rush it’s obvious , they are GREAT for presentation but the food is absolutely nasty & OVER PRICED … please get some better chefs omg. I try food atleast 5 times before I give an actual review because I know sometimes restaurants have their DAYS but THEY have more BAD DAYS THAN GOOD .. absolutely nasty omg .. the best thing on their menu is pasta and their Oreos ( the usual that somebody that can’t cook is good at ). Close the whole place down or get new workers , period . I tried to break the wings apart and have my air fryer re cook them ( it did them no justice ) I just took my L and decided to write...

Where do I begin?? Everything that is pasta is super oily!!! ... the baked chicken ain't baked ..

Now I'm a former worker and was just fired due to me having to take my son father to the emergency room due to him having an asthma attack! K.C THE MANAGER fired me for that!

Don't eat here they have no compassion for their employees! People have emergence, and they do not care. My child father could had died and all she cared about was me coming to work.

Be warned this is why they are always hiring someone because they don't think someone can have emergency especially as a mother which she is not so she can't even understand how it feels to take money from a person with a child.

For this to be a small company employees wise they only out for the money they employees can't have no life or have anything happen that hinders work! We live in AMERICA and PEOPLE...

I’m incredibly disappointed. My wife and I have been regular customers, ordering from here through Uber Eats for a while, and the food used to be great. Unfortunately, the quality has dropped significantly. Today, we decided to pick up our order in person, hoping for a faster service and better quality. We placed our order at 8:37 PM, with a pick-up time of 9:03 PM. However, we didn’t receive our food until 10:10 PM—almost an hour and a half later! What a letdown. There’s clearly no communication between the cashiers and kitchen staff, as they didn’t even know why our order was delayed. To make matters worse, Uber Eats delivery drivers were getting their orders before customers who ordered in person. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve had waiting for food.
