If someone reads this, I hope you pick a different airline who you can trust. Dealing with this airline is totally a nightmare from booking (charging then canceling near the very last day so we have to pay more for the same booking number), to changing flights (rejecting many payments, local office is a joke), to boarding (wouldn't let you board if you don't have the physical credit cards you used to pay), and LOSING your luggage (a department that is based in another country and can't even get a hold of their own team members at JFK), and provided email that nobody would respond in a timely manner. You have no ideas when your package would be delivered to you even though they said the next business day in person. We've heard a lot of good things about this airline (that was why we selected this in the first place). I think they had changes in their management system that they couldn't keep it together to provide the services like how they used to do. Never again in our life that we would pick this airline. I will continue share and advice my friends and relatives to avoid this airline unless they like to be on the phone for days. Very disappointed and frustrated to...

My 1st email asking for refund dated back on 17th November 2021. After a couples of emails exchanges and months latter I was given an estimated amount US$500+. Than SIA asked me for my credit card expiry date which I replied instantly. But SIA repeatedly asked for the expiry date on several emails over a period of few months which I replied in every email they send. I even highlighted the expiry date in capital letters. The last email I sent on 21/9/2022 received no response. SIA are you sleeping. SIA is a reputable company but behave worst than a scammer. The matter is over 1 year and no refund.
