I am trying to buy a new figure skating shoes in this store. This store does not have all the brand I need, I want to have a risport antares shoes but they only have riedell. (Riedell is only for thin feet). Johnathan measured my feet and provide me with a riedell diamond shoes which seems fit when I try it. It is a disaster when I go on ice and then I realize that the shoe is much bigger than my original one and I fell 3 times due to this. When I am off the ice, I compare the shoe size and the blade, the newly bought shoe is much bigger than my original shoe. Johnathan is super not professional when he help me choosing the shoes, the shoes is much bigger than my feet. I highly don't recommend this place. There are plenty of other places that are more professional and caring about the customer. Comparing to City ice skate store staff, this one is not at all professional and respect. Now, I don't know what to do with my new shoe but...

ZERO STARS OUT OF 5! YOU’LL GET BETTER SERVICE AT WALMART. I called ahead from Jersey City to make sure they are open for business and sharpening skills are available. Sure enough, they said it’s all good. Train on over. Cut to me travelling an hour in 34 degree weather to this shop. They tell me they do not have the necessary tools to do the job. Well great! You could’ve told me this on the phone. It would’ve saved me from this trip and this awful experience. Take your business elsewhere! Seriously. Take it...

Had a great experience with the young man who helped me today. He removed the rust from my skates (in storage for 18 years), sharpened them, and heated the to re-mold them to my now wider feet thanks to pregnancies. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly, and was managing multiple customers at once really well. He also educated me on how you can also get your skates stretched if the re-molding doesn't quite do the trick. Great experience and definitely recommend to others needing these...
