The UPS DROP OFF at this location is horrendous. A year ago, I had 3 packages dropped off here on different dates that ended up never being scanned by UPS. I provided the drop off receipt to the worker and asked them if they can review the camera footage and they could not. I had to file a claim with UPS but never received the full reimbursement. This holiday season I swore to never used them, but decided to anyway for a few packages because they were the most convenient located from me and I hope they had gotten better. I dropped off a few packages at this Staples location on 1/7/25 and I specifically remember trying to stack my boxes on the bottom of the platform cart dolly so maybe if it were a customer taking my packages, it would not be easily accessible. A few weeks later I discovered 2 of the packages ended up never being scanned by UPS and I had to reimburse my customers and the packages I shipped them are no where to be found. I have the drop off receipt showing that Staples received them, but UPS never scanned them, which means these packages are being stolen. I have used other places to drop off my packages and never had any issues, it is only with this Staples. Need to get in touch with a manager ASAP. So far in total I have had 5 different packages never scanned and go missing from this Staples location, even though I have the drop off receipt from them.    Read moreThis is the WORST staples for printing services I’ve ever been to. I had my bridal shower thank you cards made here, I got them and they were post cards. I explained when I was there that they were thank you folded cards. Who writes thank you cards as a post card? That was in early April. Today I went in to get programs and menu cards printed and the employee there was incapable of helping me. He didn’t understand that all he had to do was open my documents to see the size. I came to staples to have it printed, if I were well versed in printing and post sizes I wouldn’t have come into your store. After him just staring at me I grabbed one of their brochures to explain what the menus should look like size wise, and he had no idea what the size of the paper was. Measure it? You clearly offer this size. I got frustrated and took back my flash drive and left, I googled prices for vista print as I was standing there receiving the worst customer service for a second time in a row. The employee’s name is Bryan. He started to speak badly about my fiancé and I after we walked away. I wasn’t nasty to him, all I said was well I’m going to look at it at home since I don’t know offhand what the size is. We heard you and we will never be coming back here or to any staples.    Read moreI have never witnessed such little compassion or empathy in my life. Three workers at the printing section (not including Annette, the sweet gem) watched one customer having a hard time using the self-serve printer because he wasn't a good English speaker. He was very clearly struggling to print and figure it out, so when I saw he was struggling, I began to help him. When I saw the issue, I shared what was going on with the workers because he actually was UNABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH, and they absolutely just didn't care to help him. So I proceeded to help him, and 5 minutes after me using my phone to translate for him and trying to work the machine (it was my first time using it as well.) only THEN a worker comes by to “help” or just make it seem like he was there to help so the man turned back to me for MY HELP. Not to mention, when I first approached the workers to tell them that no one was listening to the man, they mocked me and laughed. I really don’t care about their reaction towards me but I know others would. Plus I wasn't rude - I was just alluding to the fact that maybe they should do their job and stop working with people if they hate helping people.
