Round Pie Pizza Company — Restaurant in New York

I ordered from them tonight and they forgot the burrata and they made my buffalo wrap with shredded chicken instead of breaded chicken which it says its made with on uber eats…i live 5 minutes away so i went to roundpie to ask them to remake my wrap and the guy at the register with the glasses tried debating me about the chicken, gaslighting me that they made it fried and not shredded instead of simply accommodating me and remaking my wrap with no issue…i had gone back to pick up the new wrap and noticed they didnt put mozzarella on it so i politely asked them to melt some on for me but instead the glasses guy gave me a hard time AGAIN, telling me that there was cheese on it when there clearly wasn’t…i felt embarrassed i had to ask for 2 slices of mozzarella so i could melt it on myself instead of him simply accommodating me. I ended up looking it up on the actual website and it shows a different recipe for the wrap than uber eats, they can’t even be bothered to update the app which more than half of their customers order from so that way theres no confusion. All in all roundpie has pretty good food but awful customer service, im unlikely to order from here again cuz i shouldn’t be gaslighted by an employee over them messing...

I went there on the Friday they opened. They were giving away free pizza. I also like the fact when they were giving away the pizza there was no gimmicks no buy one get one you just had to present their laminated card to get a free pie no strings attached .I met Dan I believe he is the owner. The people were very friendly. I told him I would write a honest review. The pizza was very good I would recommend it . Now on Monday I bought a meatball parmesan (mozzarella cheese) hero. I am a very fussy eater but I must say the flavor of the meatball hero and the pizza pie was very satisfactory I would definitely recommend this place. If the rest of their items taste just as good as what I tried then I believe they would be very successful. I do look forward to visiting their...

We lived not to far from here and used to order pizza often. However, lately the pizza hasn't been as good. We would get burnt pizza, they would try to charge more than the quoted price (placed the order online), or barely give any chicken on the pizza.

We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, cheese pie, and chicken California hero. The chicken buffalo had tons of chicken (but this has changed during our last three visits) and had a good amount of spice and heat. The plain cheese was tasty but I would have preferred if each bite had a bit of sauce and cheese. Instead, they dotted the cheese and sauce on each slice. The chicken California hero was okay. The bread was a bit stale and they were a bit stingy on the chicken. I had better sandwiches...
