I live in the neighborhood and have been eyeing the Coachella boot for a while. Amanda had closed up the store as it was past closing time. The door was adjacent and she welcomed me in! I couldn’t be more appreciative - she was so kind, genuine, and truly believed in these boots. She gave such great brand detail and was truly so sweet and went the extra mile - she did not rush me as I tried on two different sizes. As I was checking out I asked her where she lived and found out she had to commute all the way back to Jersey. Finding this out just added another layer - I’m truly grateful she took the time. Also, I’m someone who suffers from buyers remorse and she made me feel so good about supporting Stivali as she filled me in on the company and its values. This is an amazing small business shoe store. I love their designs and concepts. Unfortunately, I didn't have any success with my shoe size in the slip on or sandals. I went in person after ordering online. Customer service is above and beyond. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. They even gave me a seltzer to cool off after biking to the store for 45min. They were receptive to my feedback on sandals after getting blisters on my toes. They were so helpful in finding other shoes for me. The return process was easy.
