I have always loved Arrojo and recently started going to this Williamsburg location. The first time I went I saw Charlie, because I had attempted my own blonde highlights and I felt they looked bad. She fixed them and I left feel 100 percent happy. Then a few months later I decided to attempt going "virgin" and back to my natural color which is a very dark ashy blonde. Thats a big ask for a colorist to do, because my hair was so bleached from years of highlights. I thought she might be able to help me get there by putting in lowlights. Well she did a miracle on my hair. I left looking like I have never died my hair, it looks so seamless. I am so happy. Also I got a great haircut from Robyn, who gave me a healthy trim but kept my length. Overall I give Charlie and Robyn 5 stars and all the staff there is so nice. I love Arrojo...

Worst service by colorist chantel I asked for natural highlighting instead she gave me burned orange yellow color hair. And front desk didn’t bother to ask me how was the service. I was crying so I told her I didn’t like the service. They said comeback and get dark tone or go back to black so why am I paying for highlight if they suggest me to back to black color and .front desk ask me to pay full service today even though I was not happy at all with this service for this amount of money.this place is not good any more . Not for the amount I paid. I could have gotten this orange yellow hair color for $70 anywhere I won’t comeback here ever. Waist of time and money.I wish I could give zero review for todays service. Celiann has been cutting my hair for about 3 years and she ALWAYS exceeds my expectations, and gives her honest opinion of what will look best on you. I change my hair often and every style I’ve thrown at her, she always customizes the cut to best fit me. She has an eye for haircuts, and I get constant compliments on my cut even months after I’ve gotten it done. Oh, and her shampoos and blowouts are the best.
