Temple Sound Studio — Local services in New York

I went into Temple expecting to record some music for my Contemporary Folk Doomgaze album, but what I got was so much more. The process transcended any experience I’ve had both spiritually and artistically. I came out of that session a different person; a better person. Their vocal chain was so clear that I heard more than just the song, I was able to listen inward. I realized I had been pursuing art for the sake of vanity and satiating my own ego. These petulant songs I was creating weren’t a reflection of my true self, but the person I projected to gain the approval of others. I started over, both musically and spiritually. I’m now more content with myself. I’m a better friend, a better father to my children, and a better person to myself. Would this have happened at another studio? Perhaps, but I choose to focus on being present rather than lingering on the hypothetical. I still have a lot of work ahead of me before I feel fully self-actualized, but I’m forever grateful to Temple Sound Studios for giving me the push I needed to embark on this journey.
