David Walters is The Man. Capital M. He made our whole cube smart experience so easy and stress free. All the staff are super friendly and helpful and the facility had everything we needed. Definitely took a ton of stress out of our move. Highly highly recommended. Big thanks D Double U.

I'm editing my review and adding that Kathy, another manager, was extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly. She helped us out with the last load of our weekend long move only 20 mins before close.. and she wasn't rushing us at all. She even let me in the office right at 7pm so I could use the bathroom.

Our unit was clean, bathrooms are clean, the loading dock is clean, and the hallways are spotless. The access to the building is very easy, however very secure. I feel comfortable that my valuables are stored there.

Thank you David and Kathy! You two made it possible for us to sleep at night... and we didn't even have to take any...

If you want to be treated bad at Ridgewood location, go ahead. Some people who work at Ridgewood location aren't kind. I can give many examples. Once the stuff called and yelled at me, it was because I went inside when the storage was closed according to them. There was a note on the door saying that the office was closed, but actually the keypad was working and I went inside to take some stuff. There were some people who thought the same as me inside. I am sorry but if the storage is closed, just lock the doors as you do outside of the working hours. Plus it is hard to reach out to the customer service generally.

Also I had the basement storage and it was flooded in a big storm. I got money for some furniture from the insurance company, but I had my own artwork inside and they were all gone. I didn't like the raise of the prices after several months, but other than that the rest of my experience was okay. It was...

We've had a great experience using CubeSmart. However, one recent experience prompted me to leave this 5-star review. Last night after being delayed at Ikea making a return, we rushed to our unit hoping to get there in time to store all of the stuff we had just purchased into our storage unit. Greg was there and was about to close the garage doors and he was so gracious and let us back in and unload the car. In the rush of trying not to hold him up from closing up, I left my phone inside our unit, but completely forgot i had also left two rolled up mattress pads in the garage leaning against the wall. We went back to the unit to get my phone today, and Greg came out and said he found the mattress pads. He put them in a storage unit for us, and he came outside to let us know.
