They give everything you wanna hear to get a room but they dont tell yu they stay with your money if they dont get the paperwork in their time. I actually told them I had a immediate family death and still couldnt get my deposit excused back nor used it towards the room deposit. Policy sucks and they dont care all they want is your money. They need to train their receptionist /slash room broker to learn how to let people know the policy before they get they money ripped off.
