TGT Transport — Local services in New York

The DRIVERS for these trucks are AN absolute disgrace,,, and the customer service is also equally a disgrace. I was driving home With my wife and child in the car today at 2:55 pm on the Grand Central Parkway ( in case anybody who works for this company cares about their reputation and is curious to know which truck did this) One of these TGT big class A trailer trucks just Cut me off and literally forced his way into a lane and almost made me veer in to another lane of traffic that would’ve caused an accident! Now I understand if he missed his exit or if he wanted to get into the lane but you cannot force your way into lane and then Have the nerve to honk at me While he almost caused an accident with my family in the car, this is unacceptable. I’m the first to admit when I’ve done something wrong and I never leave complaints,, ever. But when I called the company just now, the female, who answered on the phone, wanted nothing to do with me and allegedly forwarded me to a quality control department that apparently doesn’t exist because she just put me on hold and then hung up on me, Which is common in private companies like this I’m sure. Drivers are hard to find, And I understand that 100% ,, but they should not be Shielding, Er protecting the drivers who give their business a bad name.. I was very angry at the driver, and only wanted to speak to anyone at the office to let them know About his recklessness , So the last option I have is to leave a comment and hope other people see this,.. Shame on...

Very hard place to find and there is no sign for it don’t be fooled by the trailer Yard.

When you come through the main gate make a left at the stop sign go all the way to the end make a right go all the way to the end make a right and the entrance is at the stop sign on right. Make sure you slide your tandems all the way forward tight tight turns. Take your time and yield tomorrow the other trucks and if some one is in your way wait for them to move you need all the room possible to get around them.
