I usually donât rate restaurants no mater how good or bad they are but I had to rate this one especially after my experience with the store Manager, Dimitrious! I would just like to say that if it wasnât for Dimitrious I would Definitely rate this restaurant with one star. First of all I placed an order on- line through the Website and upon receiving my order not only did it arrive without any of the condiments that I requested ( which were part of the order) but the order was incomplete( I paid extra to modify my order). I would also like to add that I called the restaurant while my order was being prepared and spoke with a server who confirmed that the order was being worked on and he said that he would make sure that the condiments were in the bag.... he even went as far to say that he was going to put everything in the bag right now ( that was never done !!!!)! Anyways, when I received my order I called the store and I spoke with Dimitrious and explained that first of all the box was sticky, which in my opinion is not okay and is just a poor presentation ( I was unsure if it was the delivery person who tampered with my food ...I was just unsure) and I explained that I didnât receive my condiments and my entire order.........I asked him if he could have those delivered to me but stated that he was unable to that because of the delivery system. Despite my complaints of being disappointed and dissatisfied Dimitrious not only listened but he was extremely apologetic, kind, and understanding and told me that I could come in the following day for a refund of what was missing. I held him to his word and the following day I went to the restaurant and upon arrival he was again very apologetic and instead of the refund he asked me if it was okay for him to make it right and fulfill what was missing from my order the night before. Not only did he do that but he also gave me complementary wings( which was very kind of him because he really didnât have to do that)! When my order was ready he opened the box and went over all its contents to made sure that I was satisfied and again apologized for what happened. Again He didnât have to do any of this but he did!!!!! Lastly I would like to add that while I was leaving there was a customer that came in to pick up an order and herâs was missing something.........she walked out and He went outside in the cold without a jacket to her car to talk to her about what was missing and said he would made sure she got it!!!!!!!that was extremely kind of him!!!!!!!!! He didnât have to go out in the cold to do that. I am still not a fan of this BWW location BUT because of Dimitrious Iâm willing to revisit and God willing my next visit will be a good one !!!!!!    Read moreI just ordered from here via Doordash and I am sooooo disappointed in my order. Doordash does not let you leave reviews so I'm leaving it here in hopes that management sees this and does better because BWW isn't cheap takeout. I placed my order at 9:09pm and it was confirmed by the restaurant five minutes later. My expected delivery time was 59-69 minutes but i anticipated on it taking longer as food deliveries usually do. Tracking the food via the app, i see that my delivery driver is waiting at the restaurant. I also noticed that this driver was not the first driver dispatched to pick up my food. I'm like 'okay they had to get a new driver that's what's taking so long'. About ten minutes pass and my driver is still there. I contacted the driver and she says that the restaurant missed my order and was quickly making it now. It was 30 minutes more before the driver had the food. And it arrived cold. And made incorrectly. I dont understand how its cold when im 2 miles away and my driver didn't have any stops along the way. Mind you if i order Chinese (from the same distance) it comes too hot to eat. I also don't understand how my order is made incorrectly when Doordash literally gives you an itemized receipt of what i paid for. This was literally lack of paying attention and lack of caring. I spent $59 on a burger and fries, ten piece wings, fries, kids meal, 2 sodas, and one side of sauce. My wings were $17.79 and i asked for the sauce to be on the side so that the chicken isn't soggy. The instructions were not followed and it was soggy. Also, there was an option to get blue cheese or ranch instead of veggies. i chose that and received no sauce or veggies. The kids meal (7.49) was supposed to have orange sauce on the chicken. No sauce on it. None on the side. I chose chocolate milk as the drink, received white milk. And the extra side of sauce i paid for was missing. That's almost half the food i ordered made incorrectly. Had i been seated in the restaurant and served like this, things would've been returned however you can't do that with doordash and that's why i think these restaurants...
   Read moreWas a regular weekend Customer to this location when it was new to the area, then the Customer Service was the best. Went there last night close to closing time...Boyfriend got there first so he got the table, front desk person was so hostile...then we were seated in an area which was already closed and was not aware of this until about 15 minutes after being seated by probably the most professional waitress working at the time who also apologized and she went on to ask an employee who was standing around by the front desk why we were seated there and not in a booth, the said employee who we asked for a booth seat and he told us those seats were closed and in a few minutes these seats were given to other customers, all the time he was there complaining how he had to watch people eat and he cant wait to go home... After another 15 minutes we were redirected to another booth with a waitress with one of the worse attitude, I was about to request the professional waitress we spoke to prior but my boyfriend said she was dealing with other customers so we should just stay, I should have, she took the order with an attitude when we served she literally threw these plates on the table food fell from my Boyfriend's plate no apology...When I looked at my food which were wings I could tell this was already served to someone else after close examination one of my wings had a bite on it two others had bits of carrot all over...I showed my plate to my boyfriend and requested to speak to a supervisor who was very professional I must say he took the plate and asked me if I needed a new one which I refused...I was not charged for the food, when this waitress came back to the table asking if the manager was going to bill us she was smelling so much of weed, I had to smh...the manager gave me a card for a free meal, Appreciated his gesture ...But is this...
