My go-to at the mall.

Love, love, love this spot. It’s a quick way to get your bubble-tea fix in the area and especially in the mall.

They offer medium and large options, so it’s great for brown sugar boba lovers as the regular sizes everywhere else is much smaller. There is also an option to become a member, this is beneficial if you’re an almost daily consumer (not healthy to drink it EVERYDAY, ugh). You can get a free bubble tea after some visits. Just like the card system at other mom and pop bubble tea spots but virtual way to carry it. The employees are usually quick and they make the drinks well as well.

This is a highly recommended spot for those who love bubble tea and also for those who wants to try it out for their first time. The menu has variety but it’s like ordering for a coffee, you learn to know what flavors you truly like.

I’ve visited this location twice and unfortunately had bad experiences both times. I placed my order through the app, and it showed as ready for pickup, but when I arrived, the staff said it wasn’t ready and made me wait around 15 minutes.

This most recent time, I came in and said I was there to pick up my drink. One of the staff asked how she could see the name, then went to the back and spoke with her coworkers. They looked at each other confused, and eventually figured out that someone had accidentally thrown my drink in the trash, so they had to remake it.

On top of that, the staff here — especially one girl (I don’t remember her name) — is very unprofessional and rude. Her attitude makes the customer experience even worse. They seriously need to work on how they communicate with customers and improve their service overall.

Ordering ahead is supposed to save time, but both of my visits ended up being frustrating. I hope management takes steps to improve service and staff...

I want to share my honest opinion about this place. I asked for a Taro bubble tea, when I got my drink I noticed the drink wasn’t purple as I usually get it at other places. The lady who prepared the drink told me that the purple if food coloring that some other places use. Anyways I decided to give the drink a try! The drink was pure milk it did not taste like taro at all. The lady told me that if I didn’t like my order they can always change it for no charge which I found to be fair. I gave another sip to my drink but I just couldn’t take it in. So I asked her to change it for me for another flavorful drink that had lychee and mango. The drink was way too sweet. I ended up throwing the drink. I don’t know if it’s the quality or the way they prepare the drinks but they tasted bad.
