I am so disappointed with this salon. It is very convenient to my house, so I really wanted it to be my spot. I gave it two different tries.

My first visit I booked online. Was given what seemed like a new nail tech still in-training. My pedicure was great, but she absolutely could not file my fingernails properly. They were crooked and too wide and ended up filing them super short. I was heartbroken because it is hard for me to grow out my nails and were miraculously long and beautiful. A different tech had to take over for her in order to finish my manicure.

I went back 3 weeks later, this time as a walk-in and was once again given the same new tech that messed up my nails last time. But I figured she had to have learned how to file nails by now. She once again did a good pedicure, but was somehow worse at filing my nails. Once again, another tech had to file them. After that, I was switched back to the original tech. I don’t know what happened, but at some point, she messed something up and another tech had to sit down and fix something. All in all, I was there for TWO AND A HALF HOURS for a regular pedicure and gel manicure.

Here is the icing on the cake. The sign out front said that the special for Monday through Wednesday is $60 for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. It also says you receive a free paraffin wax with the pedicure. I did not receive the paraffin wax and they tried to charge me $75. When I told them that is not the price advertised, they told me that it was $10 more for a rubber base. I asked what the hell a rubber base was, because I did not ask for that. And why were they trying to charge me $15 more if the rubber base was $10?? AND I was paying cash! None of this made sense and nobody spoke very good English. Another customer had to translate for me. They waived the upcharge that I didn’t ask for, but acted like they were doing me a huge favor.

Completely unethical business practice. Getting your nails done is a timely and expensive process and should be relaxing. Instead, I feel shocked and upset.

*UPDATE, got home a realized there are bubbles in the polish on all the nails on my left hand. And the polish on my first two left toes is messed up....

I wanted to love this place but they just missed the mark. For starters they are understaffed and therefore only take appointments (which wouldn’t normally pose much of an issue) however they try to squeeze in way more customers than they can handle and the results are rushed services lacking detail and care. I went in for a simple white gel manicure with a minimalist (line design on 4 nails- literally one line in another color nothing crazy) and I sat for :40 mins while my previous gel soaked, ended up removing the aluminum myself bc my nail beds began to burn. I tried giving them the benefit of doubt bc I could see everyone was busy but one of the 3 techs must’ve noticed and rushed over and began the manicure and it was obvious from the start she was rushing bc she left another customer mid acrylic to tend to me. Regardless I appreciate the effort but her service was sloppy and rushed, the white was not a clean edge and it just looked messy over all. I asked her several time to please clean the edge and she had to redo 2 nails bc even she saw how messy they looked. I then decided to not get any design for fear that my nails would end up worse. Perhaps they just need time to get it together unfortunately with the number of nail salons in the area (speaking from experience bc I’ve tried 95% of them in the area) they need to do so ASAP; because I for one do not return if I am not satisfied on my first visit. Best of...

This experience warrants a review.

I arrived as a walk in today and they accommodated me, place was empty

I explained precisely what I wanted to the technician with a photo.

At the start she neglected to cut my cuticles, When questioned why, she offered a weak excuse why she can’t do it now. At the end.

I should have been clearer about wanting my nails pointed like my pinky nails. Instead, she trimmed them too short, making shaping impossible.

Moreover, she didn't ask me to wash my hands before dipping my fingers into the dip powder jar, this is extremely unsanitary practices and that jar harbors so much bacteria probably from multiple people dipping their fingers into the jar.

Despite my repeated requests to fix and reshape the dip application. This resulted in thick, bubbly layers looking like jelly beans, and the shaping was off, leaving me with unsightly nails.

After the nail were complete she then goes over very lightly with the cuticle cutter but still leaving large amount of dead skin behind.

Although I liked the color achieved, the overall job was so poor that I had to shared it in a nail shaming group for laughs. My fingers look like I have clubbed nails!

Paid $68 total for this. Will be removing...

I called to make an appointment here after work on a weekday. I rushed to make sure I was at the salon by my appointment time. Around 15 mins after I arrived, I was seated by one of the nail techs. The nail technician put me in alcohol and foil to remove my gel-x nails. I then sat, unattended to, for OVER an hour while other customers were being serviced. After I realized how long I was sitting with no updates or interaction from any of the technicians in the shop, I began taking off my own foils and removing my OWN nails. The technician working next to me then came over and started taking them off for me. I left feeling embarrassed and upset about the condition of my nails (see picture) for work the next day. Safe to say I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and will not be back again.
