I read reviews on this location and the majority were good so I took my laptop here. I was told over the phone that my hard drive needed to be replaced and I needed a new battery installed in the laptop itself (the issue was that I would plug the charger but my laptop was refusing to charge). Me not knowing the exact issue, I agreed to let them fix what they thought was the problem (theyâre supposed to be the âexpertsâ). I was told it would take a few days, it was ready the following day. I thought that was kind of fast but fine. Took my laptop home, still not working. Took it back. Again, the following day, they told me it was ready. I asked what happened when I picked it up the second time and the employee mumbled something that sounded like something he just came up with off the top of his head.... Took the laptop home, it charged for one full day and then stopped again. My personal assumption was that I may have just needed a new charger cord and when I took it back for the THIRD time, I told them that. Their time, they had it for about a week (apparently, it was ready sooner but no one called me, I had to call them). I donât know what they did, if anything, but I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. And although they changed their mind at the last minute, I was told I would have to pay AGAIN for the ânew repairâ even though I paid somewhere around $212 for a new hard drive and internal battery replacement that I donât believe was the actual problem (or the laptop would be working). In these times, Iâm working from home and donât have money to throw away on computer repair. Iâm sure some people have had good luck with this location but I unfortunately, did not.
UPDATE: 3/7/21 I was contacted by management and he spoke to me about my case, apologized and asked me to come in so they could rectify the situation. I appreciate the continued customer service and I now have a functioning...

This place is so ridiculously unorganized, it's unbelievable.
The first time I took my iPhone in to get the screen fixed, he said it would be done by the end of the day but ended up making me wait until the next day . I was pretty upset after this but the guy apologized what I thought at the time was a sincere apology. So I figured I'd give him another shot.
This time I took my iPhone a plus to get unlocked. Originally told me it takes about a week with these new phones⌠I thought that was a little strange but I wasn't in an immediate rush to get my phone back since I already had a working one. I call him a week later and he said it still wasn't ready. Then the following week I called again and he said he was working on it that day and it should be ready in the next couple days. Unfortunately I had a family emergency and I had to go back home for a couple weeks. Promise me the phone will be ready when I got back. Big surprise it still wasn't... I kept following up with him and asking him to please follow up with me when he had any information. FlashForward six weeks I've had enough. Today I just walked into the store and asked him to give me my phone back. Just sitting in the same drawer that he put it in the day that I left it there and the phone is dead after I left it with him on full battery.
I'm not too sure what his deal is maybe he goes through the phones or does something weird with them I don't know but it's all kind of ridiculous & I wouldn't recommend you to them...
